Clean room, friendly staff, with convenient amenities like free Wi-Fi and a seasonal outdoor pool made our quick stay enjoyable as we were greeted warmly at reception and appreciated the coffee provided for my elderly mom when breakfast had ended.

The room was spacious, but housekeeping was not timely during our stay.

Great Stay for Families!

Enjoyed a spacious room with stunning hillside views. The breakfast area was bright and offered a delicious variety, including waffles. My cousin and I spent evenings playing cards at the nice table. Tip, Request a room on a higher floor for more privacy and quiet.

I had a great one-night stay. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were super friendly, even going out of their way to get my mom coffee after breakfast hours ended. The location was convenient for our trips, and we appreciated the heated outdoor pool for a quick splash. However, the in-room coffee maker could have been cleaner.

The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean with a fresh smell that set a positive tone for our stay. The hotel offered breakfast, which I appreciated, even though I didn't partake this time.

Unfortunately, there were not enough towels for all three of us, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Smoky Mountains and visited the local elk area. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of options like waffles and eggs. It's a good value, centrally located, and the staff was friendly. Definitely planning to come back again!

One downside was the crowded restaurant nearby since one was closed for the season. That made finding dinner a bit tricky.

We stayed for one night in a Deluxe Studio Suite with two queen beds, and the room was clean and fresh, which made us feel right at home. The King Room, Non-Smoking offered an impressively clean environment and a comfy bed, making it an enjoyable space to unwind. Conveniently located near local attractions, it made exploring the area easy without extensive travel.

Housekeeping could definitely use some work. with service only every three days, I found myself heading to the front desk to grab clean towels midweek. The AC design is another miss, blowing directly onto the beds, which made for uncomfortable nights. The TV reception was unreliable, with several fuzzy channels, and while some updates are apparent, the bathrooms felt a bit outdated.

Had a nice 6-night stay. The place was super clean, and the location was on point for hitting up the Smoky Mt Railroad and waterfalls. Check out nearby shops! Breakfast was just coffee and packaged muffins, though. A bit of noise from next door was annoying, but the staff were cool and helpful.
